The Refugee Setting Community Health Management Information System is an adaptation of the Community Health Toolkit to serve the unique model of service delivery in protected refugee settlements for displaced persons of concern. The android app supports an offline first, integrated service model for volunteers, who themselves are refugees. Refugee VHTs serve their settlements and host communities in a wide range of services including Water, Sanitation Hygiene; Assessment of childhood illnesses, and support for Pregnant women. Children are also evaluated for on-time immunization and vaccinations, as well as Malnutrition. Data is synced in an online server that supports analytics for supervisors and partners, working alongside UNHCR to support the Ministry of Health.
